Very rarely we bungle up an order which happened today with a customer in Switzerland for which there was no excuse on our behalf. By contrast, some of our long term loyal customers find that we continue to look after them even when we are in the middle of a
SALE. The customer below now owns some forty odd bow ties from us and it seems only fitting that once in a while we should make sure that one is on the house.
